Constantine Vasilatos, President & Chief Operating Officer. Constantine (Cos) has been a full-time entrepreneur and real-estate investor since 1994. He owns and manages a private real estate portfolio in NE Ohio. He owned West Point Mortgage from 2001 through 2008. West Point Mortgage flowed $8M monthly of both commercial and residential loans to the secondary market. Over the last 25 years, he has bought and sold more than 300 units in the Ohio market.
Bruce Zake, Chief Executive Officer, CIO. Bruce has been in the real estate business since 2010 and manages a portfolio of apartment buildings and single family homes in Summit County, Ohio. Bruce brings more than 30 years of business experience as a photographer for dozens of national publications such as Forbes, Businessweek, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Time Magazine as well as many trade publications related to higher education and the rubber and plastics industries.
Bruce’s role as the CIO is looking for property in the greater Northeast Ohio area and tasked with sifting data to hand off to our team of real estate professionals we work with to secure deals for our group of partners and investors. Bruce’s past experience with many Fortune 500 companies suits him well for using advertising, marketing and social media skills in the real estate business.

Michael Masters, MBA, CPA. An expert real estate investor. Michael retired from the corporate world where he was a CFO of a $160M manufacturing Co. Since his retirement, he has bought and sold over 255 multi-family units. Michael has personally raised $3.6M for 22 residential and multifamily projects valued at over $9M. He continues to actively invest in apartment communities throughout the Midwest. His expertise in all facets of multifamily investing gives us and our investment partners, confidence that our acquisitions are carefully evaluated so we achieve consistent returns for our investors.
Jim Levin, President, MRT Properties and Allen Road Business Center, Stow Ohio. Jim specializes in commercial real estate with an emphasis on office/warehouse. He graduated from Miami University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Marketing and Business Management.
MRT Properties was established in 1987 and is a multi-tenant office and warehouse facility with emphasis on serving small and medium size business location requirements.
